Terms of Service

By using Scenyo you agree to these terms. They are written to be read, not skimmed, so they are short.

1. The service

Scenyo lets you practice conversations with an AI character and get scored feedback. It is provided by BRANDISTRIES LLC. The AI is a practice partner, not a professional adviser. Scores are an opinion about one conversation, not a promise about real outcomes.

2. Your account

You need to be 13 or older. Keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for what happens under your login.

3. Plans and billing

  • The Free plan includes a set number of scored sessions per month. Paid plans add more sessions and features, as shown on the pricing page.
  • Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. Cancel anytime from your billing page; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
  • Payments are handled by Stripe. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email.
  • Unlimited plans are subject to fair use. If usage is far beyond normal personal or team practice, we will contact you before limiting it.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Scenyo to harass people, to generate content that is illegal or abusive, to attack the service, or to resell access without our agreement. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Scenarios you create

You own the scenarios you build. By publishing one to the public library you give us permission to show it to other users and generate previews of it. Do not include other people's private information or copyrighted material you do not have rights to. We can remove scenarios that break the rules.

6. AI limitations

The AI can be wrong, repetitive, or unrealistic. It does not know facts about you beyond what you type. Do not rely on it for legal, medical, financial, or safety decisions.

7. Our rights and limits

We provide the service "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as a job you did not get.

8. Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time. We can close accounts that break these terms or if we stop offering the service, with reasonable notice where possible.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where BRANDISTRIES LLC is registered. Contact hello@scenyo.com with any questions.
