Billing questions
Can I cancel my Scenyo subscription at any time?
Yes. Open Billing, click "Manage billing" and cancel in one step. You keep your paid plan until the end of the period you already paid for, then move to the Free plan automatically. No emails, no phone calls.
What happens to my sessions if I downgrade to Free?
Your scored session history and the scenarios you built stay in your account. On Free you can run 5 sessions a month and keep up to 3 private scenarios; extra private scenarios stay saved but cannot be published until you upgrade again.
Is yearly billing cheaper than monthly?
Yes. Pro is $12 a month or $99 a year, which is about four months free. You can switch between monthly and yearly from the billing portal; Stripe prorates the difference.
Which payment methods do you accept and is it secure?
Payments are handled by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. Scenyo never sees or stores your card number.
